The vision of the company is to create platforms for inclusive design, open to all, rather than creating 'design niches' only for the elite. The driving inspiration, is the awareness of the all-pervasive nature of design as an entity and a language, which we translate into design thinking for strategy and communication as well as product and installation design.

The name Think! Design is inspired by the need for mindful design and exhorts both design aficionado and design novice to 'think design' and be mindful of the centrality of design in our lives. The other aspect of the name is a call to action, to simply Think! and be more mindful and conscious in all aspects of life, all of which are touched by design.

Think! Design is conceptualised and led by Sylvia Khan, Founder & Creative Director, who has been a leader in the Indian design field with several 'first-of-its- kind' design initiatives and collaborations and for the group companies, and has been instrumental in spreading Indian design to several cities in Europe and the Far East, since 2003. She is also the founder of Index Design Boulevard, the first platform for pure design at a tradefair and the design publication, IFJ.

Veteran journalist Deepika Khurana, is Head, Editorial and Communication, bringing her unique skill set to play in the design communication space, with almost 20 years of writing and communication experience. She has been deeply involved in creating communication and ideation across industry platforms, before settling into the design space.

Long-term collaborator and Head of the Design Studio, Harish Raut brings 2 decades of design experience to the Think!Design team. An industry veteran, he has wide design skills spanning print and publication, social media and promotions.

Design has been honored to work with an illustrious chart of creative persons and prestigious agencies such as the Triennale di Milano, the Italian Trade Commisison, Chambers of Commerce of Pesaro-Urbino, Chamber of Commerce of Udine, MARTa, Herford, Germany and several trade associations, worldwide. These include Federlegno Arredo Spa Italy, VDMA Germany, AIMMP Portugal, ANIEME Spain, ASPIN 2000, CNFA China, the Italian Trade Commission, The Trade Commissions of Italy, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Korea, Bangladesh and numerous others. Our design collaborations span a galaxy of creative minds from India and overseas and include Padma Bhushan Rajeev Sethi, Karan Grover, David Lewis, Sunand Prasad, Alessandro Mendini, Denis Santachiara, Sanjay Puri, Kapil Surlakar, Minnie Bhatt, Kanika Bawa, Arjun Malik and a host of other luminaries of the architecture and design space.
